The completed low density master plan of Cosmo Residences will consist of only 69 total residences. Each building will have 3 or less residences and only one residence per floor, which will provide added privacy and security for every Cosmo owner.
Phase I, now underway, includes the first 15 Villas. The first building has been built and a furnished model is complete. The other 4 buildings of Phase I will be started in January, which means that Phase I Cosmo Residences are scheduled for availability of occupancy by late Fall 2009.
